Our Story:

My name is Joe Johnson. My wife Megan and I started VADE Nutrition while I was in college and wrestling for Michigan State, and while Megan was in the hospital preparing for our son to be born. The inconvenience of lugging around tubs of protein or measuring my servings of protein into little plastic baggies was a real problem that had no solution, so we created one. We thought to ourselves, ‘why not pre-measure every serving of your nutritional supplement into a pack made out of a dissolvable food-grade film so that there’s no scooping, no measuring, and no mess?’ When this idea came to us we immediately knew that we were going to be the ones to create it and revolutionize the industry.

Within months we filed a Patent for the technology and started the development of our first product; our 100% Whey Isolate Protein. Megan and I both said from day one of the business that we would never create a product that we didn’t 100% believe in and take ourselves. We always make sure that our products are priced so that anyone can afford them. This is why our products are extremely high quality and fairly priced for the everyday consumer.

Over the years we’ve grown in huge ways, with product expansion and nationwide retail expansion. We even landed a deal on ABC’s Shark Tank from Mark Cuban and Alex Rodriguez, but we’ll always hold true to our vision to make real nutrition really convenient for real people. Our real mission is to glorify God’s Kingdom with our lives and our business and to make this world a better, cleaner and healthier place.

How much do I take?

Our pre-workout is designed to fit your needs wherever you’re at. If you’re not used to taking a pre-workout or if your workout is mostly cardio, then we recommend starting with just one pack and seeing how it feels. If you’re used to high powered pre-workouts then you can take between 2 and 4 packs depending on your tolerance level and where you feel best.

The Taste:
